Tree of Light 2011
The Rotary Club of Evesham would like to thank everyone who came and celebrated our Tree of Light last evening.
After the switch-on, which was led by the Reverend Andrew Spurr, President Bruce Snowdon and the Mayor of Evesham Jim Bulman, carols were sung by all. The Evesham Community Choir and the Celebration Reed and Brass Band accompanied the singing. The compere for the event was Past President Patrick Staines.
The Tree was lit at 6.30pm on 1st December and will shine for a month over the Christmas period. .
